Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a beautiful and comfortable room, but with some issues like a slippery bath and mold on the ceiling. The staff is polite and accommodating, although there were some delays in addressing concerns. The location is great for local amenities and a quieter stay, but it may appear dark. The dining options varied from disappointing to good, and the facilities were generally satisfactory.
I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel! The room was excellent with a very comfy bed. The service was top-notch, and the staff were extremely accommodating and polite. The location was perfect for families with young children, and the dining experience was lovely. However, there were some uncomfortable moments during my stay.
The hotel room was lovely, with an excellent bed that was the best we've had from hotels to cruises. The bathroom was better than most, featuring a brilliant bath and shower, with nice size and fluffy towels. The curtains and blind did a great job keeping light out, the decor was nice, and there was plenty of wardrobe space including essential amenities like a hairdryer, iron with ironing board, and extra pillow. However, the room was very cold upon arrival, and it could have done with heating on beforehand. Overall, the room was spotless, comfortable, and had all necessary facilities such as tea/coffee making amenities.
